What is real estate buying and selling?
As the name suggests, "real estate sales" refers to the transaction of buying and selling real estate. If you own land or buildings, you may want to sell them.
Conversely, you may purchase land or buildings to use for your home or business. These are collectively referred to as real estate sales.
In principle, real estate transactions must be handled by the owner himself/herself.
If the subject of the transaction is real estate, the transaction price is expected to be quite high. It is not uncommon for a single property to cost more than tens of millions of yen.
Transactions need to be carried out carefully, and in real estate transactions, it is fundamental that the person who owns the property handles the transaction himself. If a person who is not the owner of the property appears at the negotiating table and says, "I will sign the contract on your behalf," this is not easily accepted. Procedures such as creating a power of attorney are required.
The same applies to the holder's family members. Just because they are the holder's spouse, child, grandchild, or other blood relatives does not mean they can be unconditionally accepted as a representative; they must be authorized by a power of attorney.
